About the Owner

Founded by Kevin Wann in 1996, our history in the industry goes back to 1990 with his start in real estate brokerage business. In the decades that have followed, Kevin’s companies, Pacific Lifestyle Homes and Garrette Custom Homes have won many awards, including 2018’s Gold recipient of the National Housing Quality Award and the prestigious “Builder of the Year” award from the BIA of Clark County and numerous accolades for innovative floor plans and well-planned communities.
